This oblong cufflink is handcrafted from rare Bristol mystery wood, personally sourced by the artisan maker from a Bristol woodturning lecturer's home clearance. Retrieved from a collection of wood wrapped in newspaper from the 1950s!
With a striking Zebrawood-like appearance and expertly aligned grain, it exudes sophistication.
Please allow up to two weeks for making and shipping. These are uniquely crafted gifts.
This elegant pair of cufflinks is beautifully crafted by a Gloucestershire artisan. From Richard, the maker:
I turn wood in much the way a sculptor works with stone or marble, I let the wood tell me what it wants to be made into. The name of Rare Woods came about from the use of recovered timber, rather than exotic timber ... Knowing the provenance of the timber I turn, that is the rare part.
